Professor of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.

Previous experience:

He served as a member of a number of Sharia bodies for financial and economic institutions, including the Sharia Council of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions and the Board of Directors of the Scientific Society for Islamic Banking.

Sheikh: Abdullah bin Issa Al-Aydi

Previous experience:

Former head of the Sharia and Law Department at Jazan University, a member of the Judicial Legislation Committee for preparing the Civil Transactions System, and a member of the First Sharia Standards Committee of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions.

Qualification:

Doctorate in Comparative Jurisprudence

Sheikh: Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al-Juffali

outside Position:

Current position outside the track: Assistant Professor at the College of Sharia, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University

Previous experience:

He worked on a project to develop the specialized legislation system in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and currently works as a legal advisor in the Ministry of Energy.

Qualification:

He holds a doctorate in jurisprudence.
